Karen J. Perry : President & Chief Executive Officer

Karen J. Perry is The Marshal Group’s Founder and majority shareholder and has over 25 years’ experience directing over 30 projects for the US Department of Defense in Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, and Bahrain. Karen’ high moral standards and demand for excellence is the foundation of the company’s policies vis a vis our company’s QC & Safety Programs, personnel employment agreements, procurement protocols, and management procedures. She is the head and heart of The Marshal Group Team and assure we follow a higher road in government contracting.

Marshall F. Perry : Managing Director

Marshall F. Perry, is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of the company’s international operations in the Middle East and South Asia. With over 35 years hands on experience as General Manager, Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Director with companies providing services to the US government, he is well adapted to manage contracts with the US military and overcome obstacles affecting the project schedules, logistics, and cost constraints. Mr. Perry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from the University Of Redlands in southern California.

Marshall F. Perry III : Contracts Manager / Quality Control Manager

Marshall F. Perry III, is the companies Contracts and Quality Control Manager for the company’s international operations in the Middle East and South Asia. With over 10 years’ experience living and working in South 7 South East Asia, as well as holding this position on The Marshal Group’s two MACC contracts (W91B4l-09-D-0022 & N33191-14-D-1054), he is well versed in the relevant FARS & DFARS Regulation affecting US government design/build construction projects. Mr. Perry is certified by the USACE and NAVFAC as Quality Control Manager and is responsible for the company’s QC and Safety Programs and reports directly to the Companies Managing Director.
